- Reviewed and approved Meeting Minutes from July 24, 2008, Meeting.
§ A call was made and seconded to approve the minutes as submitted. The vote passed with all in favor, none opposed.
Review Bylaws & Constitution
- Submitted to Missi Ball, AACEI Headquarters and Andy Padilla, Regional Director 08/25/08. There have been some territory discussions and once these are settled updated Bylaws will be submitted to the Board for Review and Approval.
Financial Overview Sandra Roybal
- Andy Padilla, Regional Director has submitted our request for reimbursement for Chamber and Website expenses.
- Brainstorm ideas for raising income for the Valle Grande Section.
Programs Michael ONeill
- Joint AACEI/PMI meetings will be arranged in coordination with PMI. Sandra Roybal will be the VP of Programs for PMI in 2009 and work this effort with AACEI.
- Jay Dowling & Gene Beisman Cost Data -- The Foundation for Claims and Project Control Joint AACEI/PMI Meeting January 21, 2009.
Membership & Communications Status Roger Stutz
OPEN Positions
- A discussion regarding recruitment of additional board members was held. We will continue recruitment.

- A call for meeting adjournment was made by Sandra Roybal and seconded by Roger Stutz. The vote passed with all in favor, none opposed.
