Senior Cost Estimator
Houston, Texas Location

This person will be working primarily overseas to scope and estimate capital
expenditures (CAPEX) costs for construction and installation of complete
offshore projects, including new platform facilities, subsea pipelines, etc.
They will be using Excel for cost estimating, executing engineering,
procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC) contracts, and work with
offshore engineers and personnel to define project specifics. Candidates need to
have at least 5 to 10 years of cost estimating experience, offshore
related industry experience, and be proficient in Excel as well as PowerPoint.
