Senior Cost/Pricing Analyst
Clients in Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO and Pasadena, CA seeks Senior Cost/Pricing
Analysts to provide pricing support for federal government services O&M, BOS,
logistics and facility services contracts/solicitations. Successful candidate
has experience with the Service Contract Act and the Davis Bacon Act. Time is

Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing RFPs
- Providing decision support analysis on bids
- Conducting analysis of workload/requirements and historical data to establish
baseline staffing estimates and cost.
- Conducting analysis regarding labor material, equipment, subcontracts and
other direct costs.
- Layout, development and production of compliant cost/price proposals,
including cost models/templates, formats and pricing rationale in accordance
with solicitation instructions, corporate policies and CAS/FAR.
- Coordinating with proposal managers/technical staff to ensure required cost
data is thorough, accurate and submitted on schedule.
- Conducting final cost review with senior management prior to submission of
proposals
- Primary interface with DCAA and other government agencies regarding proposal
audits/reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business related field
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience
- Experience in estimating and pricing mid to large size government service
contracts (FFP, IDIQ, T&M, & cost plus, etc.) and an in-depth understanding of
SCA, DBA, FAR, and CAS
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and Word applications is a necessity
- Must possess strong attention to detail and follow through skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be an effective communicator capable of working with all levels
- Must be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment
